If you suspect someone is suffering a heart attack, you’ve got to respond.
Our training will teach you how to recognize these signs and symptoms, and know what to do specifically to save another’s life.
- The American Heart Association wants us to lookout for people experiencing discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.
- Pressure, pain or discomfort in the back, the arms, the jaw or the neck may be present.
- Shortness of breath is very common.
Do not assume the best if you see these signs and symptoms. Assume the worst and call 911!
ProActive Safety CPR firmly believes the best training for adults is hands-on training. Every one of our classes gives participants adequate time practicing the skills they’d need to apply to save a life and rescue a coworker or loved one.
